My name is Rattena TANG, and I’m an automation engineer by training, with 10 years’ experience in development of automation and robotics projects.

During my professional career, I have contributed to the complete development of projects, from defining specifications to commissioning, including maintenance and team training. I’ve worked both as an equipment supplier and as an end customer, operating in a variety of environments. I have a predilection for projects that foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. I’m passionate about innovation and firmly believe in its potential to meet the challenges of our world.

Having spent many hours interacting with operators, I attach great importance to the user experience. I prioritize user experience right from the design stage, to ensure that machines are intuitive and user-friendly.

I am enthusiastic about using my skills to contribute to projects and companies whose values include a positive impact on the environment and the well-being of individuals. I focus on sectors such as CleanTech, GreenTech, Agriculture 4.0, sustainable mobility, as well as initiatives aimed at improving comfort and ergonomics in the workplace.
